• If you're a resident of the Terrace send a blank message to our e-news server and you'll get neighborhood news updates a couple of times a month. If you have information you'd like to send out, please send that along to our board.
  
  
• All College Terrace residents receive copies of the CTRA quarterly newsletter, Views from the Terrace, delivered to their doorstep by volunteer block coordinators. Recent issues of the newsletter are also available in the College Terrace notebook at the library on Wellesley between College and California. Ideas for future newsletters may be sent to our board.
  
  
• We have a bulletin board for use by residents. Simply click on the Bulletin Board button to see the listings. Submitting a listing is as simple as sending an email (but please read the rules first).
  
  
• The neighborhood's PANDAs (Palo Alto Neighborhood Disaster Activity) are getting organized to help prepare the neighborhood to cope with disasters. Send us an email if you'd like to get involved.

  PANDAs are trained by the City to help respond to disasters in the first 72 hours. If you're not already a PANDA, consider signing up for training and joining the growing ranks of College Terrace PANDAs! Call the Palo Alto Office of Emergency Services at 617.3197 for more information.
