The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Greg Tanaka. Directors present: Greg Tanaka, Kathy Durham, Erika Enos, John Mark Agosta, Andrea Fleming Absent: Sheila Kothari, Larry Kavinokv, Arun Sastry. Review of minutes of November 2006 meeting • The minutes of the meeting held on November 2006 were reviewed and accepted. Agenda review- Agenda was reviewed and agreed upon by the attendees

- Policy and Procedures: Elections/absentee ballots
- Officers' Reports: Treasurer report via email, Social chair announced that Spring Picnic Date is May 12 at Werry Park

March 24th CTRA Annual Meeting- Discussed and finalized plan for running the meeting
- President Greg Tanaka to run meeting
- Action items assigned for set up
- Agreed on final meeting agenda, including speakers
- Bylaws Committee Recommendation and Vote - Greg Tanaka/Dan
- Election of CTRA 07-08 Officers - Nominating Committee reps
- Traffic Calming Update - John Mark Agosta
- Finalized Communication Plan
- Andrea and Sheila to create and hang posters around the neighborhood
- Kathy and Greg to send an eNews mailing with meeting date, agenda and election info including absentee voting process
- Reviewed Election voting process
- Ballots to be handed out at meeting sign-in to ensure one ballot per resident
